What to expect for your Simple Life Weekend

Friday – Arrival & Settle In

Arrive in Malaga, head to the expo to get our race packs! After a wander around the city, you'll have a transfer to the villa, welcome drinks and relaxed evening dinner. Stretch out after travel and sink into retreat mode.

Saturday – Flow & Prepare

Morning yoga and an easy shake-out run. Long, sun-soaked lunch, villa downtime, swims and cold plunges. Evening dinner with what to expect on race day and early night.

Sunday – Race Day & Celebration

Race morning fuel, transport and full SLRC support at the start line. Post-race recovery, rest and stories back at the villa. Evening celebration feast, medals, laughter and memories made.

Monday – Recover & Explore

Gentle yoga, recovery swims and brunch. Optional Malaga city explore, shopping and seaside wandering. Final group dinner under the stars or beside the fire.

Tuesday – Depart Recharged

Slow morning, coffee in the sunshine, final hugs and departures - legs tired, hearts full. Transfers back to Malaga airport.
